Since 1996, BBRC has been the leading center for small business training, financing and technical assistance primarily for economically disadvantaged, minority and women owned businesses.

Birmingham Business Resource Center (BBRC) is a “One-Stop-Shop” small business development agency with the following objectives:

* To assist the City of Birmingham’s economic development efforts

* To promote and assist the growth of small businesses by providing programs that help access needed capital

* To benefit the community by fostering increased employment opportunities through the expansion of business, industry and economic development
