Bishop Watterson, the first co-educational diocesan high school in Franklin County when it opened in 1954, seeks to challenge and nurture leaders for the 21st century by developing the religious, moral, intellectual, social and physical skills that they will need to achieve their fullest potential as productive and successful adults. Bishop Watterson endeavors to educate the whole person by focusing on the spiritual, intellectual and physical development of the students. The goal is to produce self-disciplined young men and women who have a commitment to essential Gospel values. The school's college preparatory curriculum offers more than 160 courses.
