Bittercube is a Milwaukee-based producer of artisanal bitters crafted by hand from real botanicals, with no pre-made extracts or flavors. Its maceration process is tailored to each style and can take up to 25 days, resulting in densely flavored bitters. The operation has grown from producing one-gallon jars in 2009 to 210-gallon batches, while continuing to source botanicals as close to origin as possible and to base its products on high-quality base spirits.

Founded in 2009 by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz, the company distributes bitters across nearly 30 states and internationally to Canada, Italy, and Australia. In late 2023, Bittercube expanded its menus to include non-alcoholic cocktails.
