BLACK RIVER was formed in 1989, and was among the first "third party", full service oriented companies specializing in Hewlett Packard minicomputers and peripherals. Our objective was to provide our customers the best alternative to the OEM and offer lower price points, without sacrificing the quality and expertise our customers want and expect.

Today, Black River specializes in the sale and maintenance of Tally DASCOM printers. We are North America's #1 Reseller of DASCOM Printers. Through our sister company Sherlock Services, we offer maintenance of Tally / Genicom, Hewlett-Packard, Printronix, Canon, Zebra, Epson, Lexmark and Okidata printers. 

Our professional staff ensures every customer gets personalized "one on one" treatment from the initial contact to when the system or peripheral is installed and operational at the customer's site. We use consulting services that ensure that the customer receives the right equipment and our staff will be with that customer "every step of the way".
