Blackhawk Homeowners Association is a small local organization that administers a planned residential community in Danville, in the San Ramon Valley of Northern California. The development comprises 2027 homes, with an estimated population of about 5,000 residents, and includes more than 25 miles of private roads and hundreds of acres of open space. The community is closely connected to Blackhawk Country Club, which features two 18-hole golf courses and views of the surrounding countryside. Access to the community is controlled through four staffed or electronic entrances, with a 24-hour Privacy Services team available to assist residents, guests, and Country Club members with entry.
