Blaivas & Associates was established more than fifteen years ago when David Blaivas decided to trade in his career with a large Manhattan law firm and establish a boutique firm that would provide clients with the level of expertise and personal attention that he felt clients deserved and expected. His vision was to establish a firm with select attorneys to service a limited roster of clients – clients who wanted a law firm that not only delivered on their legal needs but also understood and could provide guidance on their business goals as well. In due time, several attorneys joined David Blaivas at the firm. Each brought distinguished credentials and skills.
