For more than three hundred years of Blenheim, we have been privileged to serve as custodians of somewhere special. A place with an important role in all of our lives. Through the centuries many things have changed, but three things have stayed constant; a duty to preserve our legacy, a responsibility to continually evolve and a need to sustain the strong connection with the community.
 
Today we are fortunate to live, together with our neighbours, as part of a uniquely vibrant community. We are proud to be recognised as a World Heritage Site, but we don’t live in a museum or model village. This is where we all raise our families, grow our businesses and walk our dogs. Where we all seek rewarding jobs and suitable homes. Where we all live, thrive and prosper, together.
 
At Blenheim, we can make a significant contribution to that shared prosperity - by sustaining, growing and sharing the precious resources of the Estate, the Park and the Palace.  We are an enterprise with a tradition of inventiveness, imagination and boldness. In the 1700s, Vanbrugh’s bold designs for the Palace thrilled many, although they also divided opinion. And again, 250 years ago, not everyone agreed with ‘Capability’ Brown’s vision for crafting the landscape, which is now so beloved by all who walk, run and read a book in the Park. 
 
We believe, today, we must continue to marry the decisiveness to act boldly, with a considered and long-term view of prosperity - for Blenheim and for the communities we support and who support us. With a vision that is shaped by the contributions of our neighbours, so that it serves us all for generations to come.
