Regional Expansion Bloom Companies is actively expanding its footprint beyond Wisconsin with new offices in Iowa City, Iowa, and recently expanding facilities to New Mexico. This signals increased capacity and potential to win state and municipal civil engineering projects across the Midwest and Southwest.

Acquisition Momentum Recent acquisition of Jendusa Design Build indicates growth through strategic integration, expanding capabilities and market reach. This can be leveraged to offer broader design-build service packages to existing and new government and commercial clients.

Sustainability & Tech With a stated focus on innovative and sustainable design and a tech-enabled staff, Bloom can target clients prioritizing resilient, low-carbon infrastructure and demonstrate proficiency in modern tools like Procore, AutoCAD, and cloud workflows.

Midwest Strength Strong presence in Milwaukee with branches in Madison, Green Bay, Chicago, Minneapolis, and Boston, plus Midwest expansion, creates opportunities to win multi-site municipal and industrial projects across regional markets where local relationships matter.
