Blue Jay Wireless, LLC operates as a socially conscious technology distributor within the telecommunications sector. Based in Carrollton, Texas, the company serves customers across 18 states and is expanding its footprint. It participates in the federal Lifeline Program, which provides reduced-rate telephone service to eligible low-income consumers, supporting broader access to wireless connectivity.

Beyond service access, the firm runs a Samaritan program focused on career development, offering advancement opportunities intended to foster dignity and social empowerment among its workforce. The business model centers on connecting people—employers, potential employers, family, and friends—through cellular service rather than focusing on devices alone. In 2017, Blue Jay Wireless named Jim Polchow as vice president of business development.
