Blue Mountain Enterprises is a dynamic Northern California based company focused on one thing, helping individuals and families enhance their lives through modern housing built with increased comfort, security, and energy efficiency. We have divisions focused on doing this at every stage of life – from multifamily attached communities and first-time buyer new homes to comfortable, inviting assisted-living communities – in addition to our construction related contracting.

OUR BUSINESSES

Construction Services – where everything began. We have a rich history of supporting construction in California by supplying the technical and installation know-how required to design, assemble, and install most mechanical systems.  Today Blue Mountain is one of the largest contractors in the state; supplying heating and cooling, plumbing, and fire sprinkler expertise.  Our teams help bring over 4,000 homes to market each year in California.

Communities – a natural extension of our construction contracting business was the development of a full-fledged residential home building division.  Our goal is to find under served markets or unique opportunities for developments that provide value to the tenant, the community, and our stakeholders.

Multifamily – continuing to expand into new real estate segments, Blue Mountain is now involved in traditional multifamily communities.  Acting as developer, owner, or investor — our goal is to support and improve existing communities while seeking ways to expand new development and construction activities.

Assisted Living – as our population ages we feel it’s logical to provide assisted living and memory care options for those who need these facilities and are looking for high quality yet affordable choices.  Our communities offer well planned, comfortable apartment style living.
