Blue Sea Dental was founded in 2018 to help our dental teams exceed expectations of every patient. We believe that everyone wants to feel like they make progress in life and that what they do is important and makes a difference. We want to create environment for everyone to grow, feel like they are making progress and have a sense of fulfillment. 

We strive to be an example of what tomorrow’s dental group should be like.  Our vision is "To build the best dental group."  But, what does it mean to us to be the best dental group?

It means to truly create the best place to work and to be a part of.   It’s not about growing as fast as possible for the sake of growth.  It’s not about the number of locations or covering the most geographical area.  It’s also not all about profits.
