Our individual plans are designed to meet the diverse needs of our members, offering a range of options, including plans with a $0 primary care physician copayment. For small groups, we have more than 20 plans that suit employers with 2 to 50 employees. Our Choice Level Funded product (for groups of 10+) provides an alternative funding coverage option for businesses aiming to lower healthcare costs while still offering quality coverage to their employees. For large groups, we offer a series of affordable and comprehensive health plans for employers with over 50 employees.
