Retail Art SuppliesWisconsin, United States201-500 Employees

Board & Brush Creative Studio operates a retail art experience focused on guiding customers through the process of turning raw wood into decorative pieces, leveraging a hands-on, social workshop model. Franchised studios are independently owned and run by operators across the United States, offering a space for creativity, connection, and inspiration, with an emphasis on a welcoming atmosphere and collaborative activities such as sharing a glass of wine while crafting. The company positions itself within the franchise and retail art supplies market, aiming to keep franchise costs below industry averages and providing opportunities for prospective small-business owners, including discounts for military veterans and their spouses. The organization is based in Hartland, Wisconsin, and maintains a presence across multiple states, reflecting a franchise network structure rather than a single, centralized operation. It has repeatedly been recognized in entrepreneurship circles, and its model centers on turning customers into DIY enthusiasts through guided, step-by-step workshops in a social setting.
