Its staff includes disciplinary counsel and support personnel who carry out investigations and related duties. 
Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, the board operates within the administration of justice framework, overseeing professional ethics for the state’s attorneys and offering consumer support services. Its work serves Tennessee attorneys and the public by promoting ethical conduct and providing education and assistance through its programs.
