A team of our Brazilian chefs, called Gaúchos, carve the 15 different cuts of meat table-side to your temperature, selection, and quantity preference. These perfectly seasoned meats are partnered with traditional dishes such as in our homemade Brazilian cheese bread and other traditional side dishes.
