Bonneville Collections has been in business since 1980.  Bonneville is a current member in good standing of ACA International (ACA), the largest consortium of collection agencies in the U.S. As a member of ACA International, Bonneville is a member of the Healthcare Services Program, the Internet & Check Services Program, and the Government Services Program. Bonneville is a member of the Idaho Association of Collectors, Oregon Collectors Association, Utah Collectors Association, and local chambers of commerce in all states we serve.

Bonneville Collections is among a select few collection agencies to have achieved BQMS™ certification, a prestigious credential that supersedes the former PPMS certification. Similar to ISO 9000 but specifically designed for the collections industry, BQMS™ focuses on developing, implementing, and strictly adhering to industry-specific professional practices and policies. This certification highlights Bonneville Collections' unwavering commitment to quality management, ethical business standards, and continuous improvement in its operations.

Bonneville Collections has successfully completed a SSAE18 SOC 2 Type 1 examination which was conducted by an independent CPA firm. The SSAE18 SOC audit helps to provide checks and balances in critical areas of operation, and streamline processes by clearly defining objectives and creating a business road-map.
