Boston Electronics Corporation (BEC) specializes in UV, visible, THz, and IR detectors, and signal processing electronics for photodetection.  Light sources associated with photodetection including tunable IR Quantum Cascade Lasers (QCLs) and picosecond lasers for Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC).  TCSP is a technique to record low level light signals with picosecond time resolution.
