Boucher Energy Systems, Inc. was established in 1981. Our goal is to utilize world class products while designing the most comfortable and energy efficient heating and air conditioning systems possible. We have designed and installed systems for houses ranging from 1,000 to 20,000+ square feet — for homes dating from the 18th century to the most modern, super colonials.

We are part of the MassSave Participating Home Performance Contractors program and offer ENERGY STAR Quality Installations to our customers. We perform load calculations to determine proper AC and heating equipment size; test AC equipment for correct refrigerant charge and air flow, and upon request, test attic ducts for leaks. If ducts are leaking, the ducts are sealed so that conditioned air is delivered to your living space to ensure comfort, and maximize the benefit of your purchase.
