Bourbon smokes their brisket for over 16 hours & you can order it by the pound, in a 2-meat dinner combo with a large drink & 2 sides, or settle into serious eating with the Garbage Plate-ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage & brisket, with 2 drinks & sides. Takeout packages feed groups from 4+, so order for the whole family or the neighborhood.
