BOX8 is a food and beverage services company based in Andheri East, Mumbai, in Maharashtra. It was founded in 2012 by IIT graduates Anshul Gupta and Amit Raj and began as a small outlet in a corporate cafeteria with the aim of delivering desi meals in a convenient boxed format. Today it operates more than 100 outlets across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Gurgaon and handles over 22,000 orders daily with in-house teams covering procurement, product development, delivery, and customer support. Its menu includes a wide range of desi-inspired options such as Fusion Boxes, All-in-1 meals, Desi Openers, Paratha Wraps, curries, biryanis, salads, sandwiches, steaks, and desserts. A notable development in recent years is the opening of a Pune location in December 2023, reflecting ongoing geographic expansion, while delivery is designed to be fast, targeting under 38 minutes and reliable customer service.
