BrainMasters has been developed to enhance brain health and fitness while building a cognitive reserve. At BrainMasters, we utilize brain fitness activities based on current and emerging research which cites a positive relationship between exercising your brain and a decreased incidence of dementia. Our program is individualized within a group setting. BrainMasters' approach is multi-sensory in its presentation. Best of all, we bring our program to your location at your convenience! Our brain fitness program at BrainMasters is different from other programs. First, both of the owners are certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who have a combined total of 50+ years experience in diagnosing and treating communication disorders. Heidi and Wendy both specialize in cognitive skills development therapy and are therefore uniquely qualified to teach brain fitness. At BrainMasters, we have the expertise to assist individuals in improving cognitive skills as well as educating individuals on specific compensatory strategies to maintain cognitive improvements.
