We employ innovative, cost effective and unique processes to "test drive" a career path enabling a veteran a successful opportunity for future employment.  BTG is a company that seeks to assist military veterans and their spouses by introducing them to a "Patriot Fellowship Program" to all veteran-friendly employers. With over 100+ years of military experience, we fully appreciate and understand the struggles a veteran goes thru while searching for a career path.

We are veteran advisors and management consultants to corporate America, implementing veteran-friendly programs with Human Resources and the entire organization. We design solutions for a robust veterans hiring program that only a military veteran can understand.
