Bristow Beverage Law  is a South Carolina-based firm that has spent the last several years dedicated to advising the craft beer, wine, and spirits industries. BBL actively serves over 100 craft breweries, wineries, cideries, meaderies, distributors, retailers, and restaurants across the country, including numerous ones in planning. Our office primarily helps them comply with applicable state and federal business and employment laws, as well as assists them in the areas of corporate formation, contracts, TTB compliance, formula and label approval, state and federal licensing, and in protecting intellectual property and trade secrets. And we do other things, too. When the work is done, we're not afraid to roll our sleeves up and shovel some grain, crush some grapes, pull some weeds, dry hop a batch, work the packaging line, or whatever needs doing. BBL is not a typical law firm. We are an office that believes in jeans, dogs, bluegrass music, hard work, passion, and creating lasting partnerships and friendships with our clients.
