Britton Lumber Company is a forest products and building materials business founded in 1946 and based in Fairlee, Vermont. It operates two divisions: Manufacturing, located in Bath, New Hampshire, which produces Eastern White Pine boards using a sawmill, dry kilns, and planermill; and Wholesale Distribution, with warehouses in Fairlee, Vermont and Gray, Maine, that source a broad range of building materials from North American manufacturers and supply more than 300 retail lumber yards and home centers in New England and Upstate New York. The company sells its manufactured products to wholesalers and distributors across the United States and Canada. In addition to material sourcing and distribution, Britton Lumber has pursued expansion through partnerships to extend its service area. In April 2025, the company announced collaborations with Westbury and Digger Specialties Inc. to broaden its distribution network across New England and the Northeast.
