The Holon Building can be installed onsite up to 3 floors/day to any height with no concrete. BROAD is also a global leader in industrial climate control, with non-electric absorption chillers that are powered by industrial waste/process heat or any other thermal heat source, renewable energy such as solar, or natural gas to achieve an extremely high energy efficiency. BROAD absorption chillers use an all natural water based refrigerant for zero ozone depletion.
