Broadway Roulette is a new marketplace for event ticketing that makes it fun and easy to experience cultural events without any of the pain points of traditional ticket-buying. The company began with Broadway, the cornerstone of NYC entertainment, and will expand to other verticals. “Rouletters” specify a day, number of tickets, and some criteria about what they like (and don’t!) – and Broadway Roulette issues tickets to a show that matches these parameters. All tickets are sold at the low, flat rate of $49 - $59 for specially negotiated seats – including seats to sold out shows that are never available on traditional discount platforms.  

Business has grown exponentially, clocking paying users from over 38 countries despite zero marketing outside the NY area and receiving (unsolicited) press from influential travel blogs, national press, and several in-flight magazines. Female-founded and female-funded, early investors include Jesse Draper of Halogen Ventures, Randi Zuckerberg of Zuckerberg Media, and Morgan Stanley, via its Multicultural Innovation Lab, an accelerator focused on women and minority-led companies poised for massive growth. We believe in working hard, taking risks, and the lost art of the element of surprise.
