Broala - now Corelight - was founded by the scientists and technologists who created the Bro network monitoring platform, protecting thousands of organizations worldwide including some of the largest and most complex. We aim to build exceptional tools for cybersecurity and network monitoring, and to generate an ongoing revenue stream for the open-source Bro project.  

Our products come from the same people who conceive and implement features, commit changes, and fix bugs in the core Bro codebase. That brings many advantages: we can tune for stability, optimize for performance, and extend capabilities with the confidence that comes from creating the underlying Bro software.

Corelight is now shipping BroBox One, the high-performance appliance we’d want to install in our own networks.  We think you’ll like it.
