Established in 1936, Bromley Mountain Ski Resort quickly set itself apart from other ski destinations in New England by being the only one that is south facing. This gave it the nickname, “Vermont’s Sun Mountain”. While other ski areas rest in the shadows and dim light on those cold winter days, Bromley soaks up the sun all the while using the mountain to shield its guests from the frigid Northern winds. So grab your sunblock and enjoy a sunny day on any one of our 47 trails and glades (we also offer an impressive terrain park). The variety of terrain we offer appeals to all ability levels from first timers to those who crave the adrenaline rush of bombing through glade diamond runs or long sections of moguls. Have younger skiers and riders in the family? Check out our KidsRule program pairing kids of all abilities with our excellent instructors for an all-day outing of learning and fun on the slopes. Our Mountain Adventure Park is home to one of the longest alpine slides in the world, a quadruple zip-line, the Aerial Adventure Park offering 5 courses of varying degrees of difficulty and excitement along with a water slide and numerous attractions in our KidZone making Bromley a perfect destination for all ages from children to seniors.
