Brooks Construction Co., Inc., was founded in 1956 and headquartered in Shawnee, Oklahoma. BCCI is one of the oldest privately owned telephone line construction firms in the nation. BCCI specializes in underground construction/ outside plant installation, copper placement, fiber optic placement, coaxial placement and splicing, trenching, plowing, earth rock sawing, directional boring, testing and system activation.  
BCCI has completed projects and serves in the following areas: Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. BCCI's projects have been primarily for independent as well as cooperatively owned telephone companies.

Since 1956, Brooks Construction Co., Inc., has completed over 60,000 miles of telephone line construction for more than 100 telephone companies. BCCI is proud in constructing communication systems for a growing America.
