Brown and Brown Construction  is a third generation construction company. Brown and Brown Construction is a full service construction company specializing in remodels “anything inside and out”. Brown and Brown Construction employees a full staff of workers, which gives our clients comfort simply because all of our workers in our clients houses, are employees. They are not found the day we do the clients job. Also, Brown and Brown Construction, has a full time interior designer on staff. We allow our designer to come to our client’s houses once we secure the job, to help the customer with colors, layouts, designs and everything else related. This brings great comfort to our clients because it takes a trained eye to put everything together the way the client visualizes the remodel in their mind. Brown and Brown Construction carries liability insurance. Brown and Brown Construction provides warranties on all their work performed. Brown and Brown Construction can come by and discuss the changes that our clients would like to make. Brown and Brown Construction would then write an estimate of costs. Then, Brown and Brown Construction would draw up a contract, protecting the client, as well as Brown and Brown Construction. Once, the contract has been signed, Brown and Brown Construction would send our interior designer to walk through the project with our clients. Once this has been done, Brown and Brown Construction would then schedule the work for our clients. Brown and Brown Construction provides four methods of payments. First, we accept any insurance claims. Second, we accept cash. Third, we provide third party financing. And, finally, we accept VISA. Brown and Brown Construction will work out a payment schedule so that the client feels comfortable
