On the fourth floor of the Hospital, BryLin's Center of Excellence - Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) program provides a positive place for healing. Our state of the art department is the only ambulatory ECT Center in Western New York. ECT is the most effective and rapidly acting FDA approved treatment for severe depression. We believe our approach to mental health care means treating the whole person (physically, psychologically and spiritually) rather than just focusing on the symptoms of the illness.
