Buffaload Logistics is a family-owned truck transportation and temperature-controlled distribution company based in Ellington, East of England, with more than a century of collective experience in the field. Its fleet includes LNG-powered Volvo FH tractor units, claimed to cut carbon emissions by around 20% without sacrificing performance, and 240 lifting-floor double-deck trailers that boost pallet capacity and reduce the number of trips. The company equips its vehicles with advanced telematics and location tracking, managed from a transport headquarters near Huntingdon to provide customers with visibility into operations. It maintains a nationwide consolidation service supported by cross-docking facilities and secure storage across five strategic locations — Crewe, Huntingdon, Newark, Skelmersdale and Avonmouth — with seasonal space at Ely. The warehousing network handles chilled, tempered and ambient goods, offering secure storage from short-term to extended periods and around-the-clock access and service, along with expert consolidation advice.
