Building Value is a social enterprise of Easterseals Redwood that specializes in deconstruction, commercial cleanout, and retail sales of salvaged building materials. Our mission is to give quality materials—and people—a second chance. 

Our Northside retail outlet offers an ever-changing selection of reclaimed cabinets, appliances, furniture, lighting, doors, windows, flooring, and rare architectural salvage at a fraction of retail prices. Every piece has a story, from historic homes to high-end renovations across Greater Cincinnati.

We provide tax-deductible deconstruction, demolition, and commercial cleanout services, helping realtors, homeowners, contractors, and businesses save on disposal costs while keeping reusable materials out of landfills. Whether you’re remodeling your home, clearing out a warehouse, or managing a large-scale construction project, our professional crews will safely and sustainably remove valuable materials for reuse.

Best of all, every purchase and service supports our Construction Training Program, which provides paid, hands-on training to individuals entering the construction workforce.
