Built Right Construction, LLC is a full service general contractor.  We specialize in design build, construction management, operations, maintenance, and IDIQ work.  From our headquarters in Charleston, SC, BRC provides these services in both the private and public sectors.  Founded by Chris Pelletier in 2007 BRC’s success has allowed the firm to grow and diversify into other industries related to our core competencies.  
BRC is a National Minority Distributor for Ferguson Enterprises, distributing a multitude of products such as plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks, industrial, mechanical, fire protection, lighting, tools, and safety equipment.  As a Mobile Modular national dealer BRC offers modular relocatable buildings and complexes for lease, rent, or purchase.  Floor plans, amenity options and services are customized for each unique space solution.  Product lines designed to meet specific construction, government, industrial, and educational needs.   
BRC is cognizant that as a small business we cannot provide every service required on every project. Recognizing this, BRC has assembled a team approach for many of our projects, with each team member fully vetted for past performance, safety, quality and cost.
BRC is an emerging Native American owned small business and along with our teammates, we are fast becoming an industry leader in government and commercial facility operations and maintenance, with an additional emphasis in building design, renovation, and construction. Our team has extensive experience in all elements of office fit-out, design and renovation, electrical and HVAC operation, maintenance, including modifications and upgrades, life safety integration, critical power, custodial, grounds, and other facility related operations, maintenance, and construction.
