Lynn Koclanis

Lynn Koclanis was born and raised in the Chicago land area. In 1989 she began her transportation career at United Parcel Service while attending DePaul University. Lynn worked in many aspects of the UPS operation including Inbound and Outbound Hub Operations, Linehaul Dispatch and Control, in addition to various management roles. In 1996 Lynn went to work for Central Transport as an Operations Manager. During her time at Central she was also an Office Manager, Account Executive and a Terminal Manager. In 1998 Lynn was recruited by Dawes Transport. She worked in various roles including Office Manager, Corporate Linehaul Manager and Director of Linehaul. In 2006 Lynn came to work for Bullet Freight Systems as the Director of Linehaul and has also taken over the Partnership Services responsibilities. In January 2009 Lynn was deservedly promoted to Vice President of Operations. The scope of business Lynn is responsible for includes; Linehaul, Terminal Operations, Partners, Agents and Agent payables. Despite the poor economy where other companies are forced to take cost increases from their partners and agents. Lynn's fast moving abilities and no-nonsense business sense has proven positive with record revenue and reductions in costs across the board.  Moreover, Lynn's unparalleled ramp-up speed and vast intellectual capacity has allowed Bullet to add more to Lynn's scope of responsibilities that the company would have to cover by hiring 2 executive-level managers and 8 supporting staff. One other record at Bullet Lynn also holds is Bullets employee of the year. Since the inception of the award in1986, only one person per year can win and are not allowed to win more than once.  However with the huge company-wide impact in her position as Vice President, Lynn was an overwhelming write-inn ballot winner of the award for an unprecedented second time which makes Lynn the only two time winner of this award.
