Burgess, Lowman & Associates, LLP was established in 1994 by Teresa Burgess, CPA and Kearns Lowman, CPA when they purchased the accounting practice of Fred Sawyer and Associates.

 In 1997 the company incorporated and became Burgess, Lowman & Associates, PA. 

The firm expanded in 2004 when Rose Lay, CPA joined the firm, which subsequently became Burgess, Lowman & Lay, PA.
