Many chiropractic offices try to "sell" you care based on the chiropractic philosophy that their care is a method that will cure or help nearly everything.  I reject that concept as many modern chiropractors do.  My goal is to get the patient well as soon as possible. Teach them proper ways to sit, lift and move and give them easy home stretches and exercises that they can do at home. 

The methods I use are "Evidence Based" and include care of musculoskeletal conditions using: manipulation, traction, rehab, modalities, soft tissue techniques, ergonomics, exercise and other methods. 

Nutritional interventions include: lowering high blood pressure, high cholesterol, lowering risk of heart disease and cancer.  Other nutritional interventions can supplement your regular medical care or prescription medications in conjunction with your medical doctor.
