Projects range from building residential projects to garden-style apartments, elevator apartments, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes, and commercial projects.  

Burkentine has a portfolio of communities and homesites throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and is a privately owned company.  The Burkentine Real Estate Group has grown the building company to over $30 million in sales and its rental portfolio to over $300 million in assets.
