BAM is a multicultural student group at the University of Minnesota dedicated to providing students with a diverse perspective of today's global corporate environment and assisting them in their pursuit of professional excellence through business and community leadership.

Our mission consists of the 3 Ps:
- Providing Academic and Professional Development in all Disciplines of Business
- Perfecting the Relationship Between Students and the Business Industry
- Promoting Multiculturalism, Leadership, and Community Service

To accomplish our mission, we continue to host weekly meetings, semi-annual volunteer/charity events, social events, and end each year with our annual End-of-the Year Banquet.
