Tom Casey CMC is the founder and President of Business Consulting Services (BCS), a Small Business Enterprise.  He has almost thirty years in the consulting industry, with extensive experience in the improvement of business performance and operations, as well as the planning and implementation of information technology strategies. 

Prior to establishing BCS in 1991, Tom served with several large and medium sized firms as consultant, manager and partner.  His engagements span a broad range of industries, governments and non-profit organizations, and he services clients throughout the eastern United States and Canada.  1999, BCS originated its flagship service designed specifically to improve organizational performance, Rapid Transformation (RT).   In its basic form RT combines the skills of Business Process Management with Information Technology Strategic Planning.  The result is a work environment that meets the needs of its organization.  

Mr. Casey is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and serves on the Board of the Institute of Management Consultants Philadelphia Chapter as Past President and Secretary.  .
