Diana L. Spurgus is the founder and president of Business System Solutions, Inc. (BSSI), which was incorporated in 1997. 

BSSI’s mission is to help its clients increase profits by applying technology with business acumen and good ole’ fashioned values. 

Diana has over 27 years of IT experience and holds two Associate degrees in Accounting and Computer Science, a Bachelor degree in Information Technology, a Masters degree in Business Administration and is a CPA. She is also certified by the AICPA as a Certified Information Technology Professional.

Prior to creating BSSI, Diana was a Manager in the IT consulting division of Ernst & Young.

Diana is also involved in serving the community. She created a non-profit temporary staffing agency called TeenWorks. The mission of TeenWorks is to help youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds discover and experience the world of work and to reinforce the education, confidence and sense of purpose they need to be successful in their careers and personal lives, as well as expand their vision of the future.
