Butters’ current portfolio of owned and managed properties total approximately 3.5 million square feet, which is comprised of office, industrial, and retail facilities. Properties owned range from Atlanta, to Miami, Florida. All construction is performed in house with Butters superintendents and project managers. The Principals: Malcolm Butters - Malcolm has been active in South Florida Real Estate for over 25 years. He has a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University, and has previously worked in the real estate investment division of Travelers Insurance. Mark Butters - Mark heads up the construction division of the firm. He has a Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, State of Florida General Contracting & Building Contracting Licenses.
