A key part of our Predictive Approach, which helps Lab Managers to keep productivity up and their downtime down, is we keep close tabs on our machines after they leave our facility.  

This enables us to predict each of the parts’ lifespan.  When we learn that a solenoid or other part is near the end of its life cycle, we send a technician to replace the part so that your lab does not experience extended downtime and thus lets you maintain your busy workflow.
