BAKER | WOHL ARCHITECTS was founded in 1993 as a joint venture by Stephen D. Baker and Margaret E. "Garet" Wohl,  and incorporated in 1995.  Mr. Baker and Ms. Wohl built BWA’s reputation of excellence in design and project management over a 20 year span.  Even after her retirement from BWA in 2014, Garet Wohl is still active in the design community and remains a member of BWA’s Board of Directors. Steve Baker, now president of BWA, is at the helm of BWA’s leadership with Ahmed Idris, Mathew Kuzmik, Taulant Miloshi, and Daniel Bass.  Ahmed joined BWA in 1999 and has been a Principal and Board Member since 2008.  Taulant and Mat were promoted to leadership positions in 2015, Daniel Bass in 2017, and now serve as members of the Board of Directors. These smooth transitions ensure BWA's long-term future.
