Byrd Surveying, P.A. is a full service land surveying firm located in downtown Smithfield, NC adjacent to the Johnston County courthouse.  Established in 1973, we have worked on many large and small projects for individual landowners, homeowners, private companies, land developers, and state, county and municipal governments all across North Carolina.  The majority of our work is in Johnston County, Wake County and the surrounding counties, but we also work in different parts of North Carolina as needed.

We utilize the latest land surveying technology combined with years of experience in conventional surveying methods to complete projects in an efficient and timely manner.  Over the years we have maintained good working relationships with all governing bodies and remained committed to providing the quality and personal service that our clients expect.  Whether the project is large or small, we aim to provide professional and prompt service to all our clients.
