C Evans Consulting was launched in 2015 by Cecelia Evans to deliver HR Operations support to Federal agencies. With more than 25 years of talent acquisition experience, she leads a team of former Federal managers and leaders who worked most of their career supporting human resources, bringing rich subject matter expertise and knowledge of federal human resources practices.
