CACESA tech & logistics is an international logistics company headquartered in Madrid, tracing its roots to 1987 when Iberia Airlines established it to handle air cargo between Spain and Latin America. In 2015 the firm created an e-commerce division that launched China-to-Latin America shipments via Madrid and China-to-Spain/Portugal itineraries. Since then, it has broadened its offering to cover terminal handling, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery for B2C e-commerce flows within the EU and the UK, along with e-commerce fulfilment operations based in Madrid. 

It has expanded its geographic footprint beyond Spain, establishing offices and staff in Belgium, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France, Turkey, Hungary, Morocco, and Serbia. The portfolio includes B2B2C e-commerce services, bonded fulfilment in Morocco and Serbia, and terminal handling, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery for China-to-EU e-commerce, as well as e-commerce truck connections among EU-UK-Turkey-Serbia-Morocco hubs. In January 2026 CACESA integrated with Banco CTT as part of a DHL-enabled e-commerce operation in Spain, reflecting ongoing partnerships to support its e-commerce solutions.
