CACF is a New York-based nonprofit that operates as the nation's only pan-Asian children's advocacy organization. Its work aims to improve the health and well-being of Asian Pacific American children and families in New York City. It seeks to counter stereotypes of Asian Pacific Americans as a 'model minority' and to advocate for underserved immigrant families facing poverty and limited English proficiency. CACF focuses on policy advocacy, youth leadership, parent education, research, capacity building, and coalition building to advance equity and access. Its work spans child welfare, education, health, and youth services, empowering youth, supporting parents, enabling service providers, and informing policymakers to invest in services. A notable development in 2022 was the launch of the AAPI Health Hub.
