CCTBS believes the following and was formed because WHEN A PARENT SENDS THEIR CHILD TO A CALIFORNIA PUBLIC SCHOOL AND THEIR CHILD IS FAILING IT IS THE SCHOOLS RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST THE FAMILY. IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT CALIFORNIA SCHOOLS ARE ARE UNABLE TO HELP MANY OF THESE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES & Many families cannot afford private tutoring. Under No Child Left Behind, a child is not always provided with a highly qualified. instructor for after school learning support. Under No Child Left Behind, the after school hours allocated to children are not adequate to make a substantial difference in classroom performance.Under No Child Left Behind, there is an inequality in the level of instructional service in the after school programs. Tutoring is an ancillary service to education and therefore, should not be priced the same when compared to the cost of classroom instruction. The private tutoring industry is subjected to the distribution of poor information, with regards to curriculum, instruction assessment and personnel. Parents have a difficult time selecting the correct service for their child as a result of this. We believe in child/client and instructor safety, both emotionally and physically. We will make a difference in the lives of students with regards to classroom performance and have a measurable impact on student grades, attendance and academic achievement. We hire quality instructors.
