The Founder of Cantabria Homes, Brian Rives, has experience in land acquisition, land development and construction with national home builders prior to starting Cantabria. While these may seem complex, his approach to building custom homes is simple: Work with each client to build a home of the highest possible standard at the best possible value. Brian understands that the client’s time is just as valuable as his own and that their participation is just as vital.
